What WiseRoof is

WiseRoof is a roofing concierge service for homeowners. We are not a licensed roofing contractor. We provide cost estimates, contractor introductions, and project coordination services only.

Estimates are not quotes

The instant estimates provided on this site are ballparks based on published benchmarks and our own data. They are not binding quotes. Actual project costs will vary based on roof complexity, material prices, and conditions discovered during inspection. Always obtain a written quote from a licensed contractor before authorizing any work.

No contractor relationship

WiseRoof is not a party to any contract between you and a roofing contractor. All work is performed under a separate agreement between you and the contractor. WiseRoof is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any roofing work.
